We are looking for an Admin Officer with 2 years of Experience Gender - Female

Driving Licence Must.

experience in Real estate field will be an advantage.

Roles and responsibility.

Providing administrative support in office and managing the performance and efficiency of operations within an organization.

Very good communication between employees and senior management.

Ensuring the workforce is coordinated and achieves its goals.

Performing clerical duties to help an office and Answering phone calls and replying email to run smoothly and efficiently

Greeting, directing and scheduling the office customers to designated meeting areas.

Maintaining and keep organized to the updated documents.

Using document management software to upload or scan paper documents.

Retrieving documents for authorized personnel and maintain all paper works.

Ensuring document storage to comply with laws and regulations.

control day to day work and service history.
