Requirements:

·       Proven track record of success as sales executives/ supervisors in distribution industry only need to apply. Should have hands-on experience in servicing/ supplying products to hypermarkets and similar retailers. Candidates without outdoor distribution experience will not be considered for this position.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

·        Understand and implement Merchandising, promotion plans as per brands guidelines.

·        Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence.

·        Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

·        Valid driver's license and Car.
