Job Role: Facility Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for day-to-day activity of the supervisors and technicians by supporting them with direct responsibility of operation.
Creating maintenance procedures for all the equipment and systems in the building under ISO standards.
Comply with QCDD, Kahrama standards for all equipment’s and systems.
Creating MEP Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule; ensure full PPM is carried out in the given time. Creating asset register and records of all the equipment.
Ensure all MEP Corrective Maintenance is carried out in the given time.
Supervision of technicians and subcontractors against agreed key performance indicators., ELV, EMV Fire alarm, Fire Fighting, BMS, Elevators/Escalators, Access control, Generator, AHU, FCU, Chiller, UPS, and minor Civil Work.
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failure & creating incident reports.
Keep records of all stock and supplies, maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures, Operations & Maintenance manuals of equipment.
Recommending new ideas to optimize the production efficiency for better performance.
