We are seeking a Procurement Engineer, presently located in Qatar and available for immediate employment. Proficiency in Electromechanical Procurement. Experience in facility maintenance project is preferrable. 

Experience – Minimum 7 years’ experience in Qatar 

Job Description: 

·  ELECTROMECHANICAL PROCUREMENT & FM OPERATION Background. 

·  Brief understanding and functions of electromechanical components and systems. 

·  Clear understanding of electrical/mechanical drawings. 

·  Perform testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure performance and reliability. 

·  Evaluate and select appropriate materials for mechanical components. 

·  Consider cost, strength, durability, and other factors in material selection. 

·  Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 

·  Ensure projects completed within budget and timeline constraints. 

·  Stay tuned of industry trends and emerging technologies. 

·  Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of mechanical systems. 

·  Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 

·  Estimate project costs related to materials, workforce, and equipment. 

·  Implement best practices to enhance overall engineering processes.

Requirements 

·  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 

·  UPDA certification is a plus. 

·  Strong understanding of mechanical design principles. 

·  Experience with facility management / maintenance. 

·  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

·  Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and presenting technical information to diverse audiences.
