We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with minimum 5-7 years of experience in villa, residential, or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess UPDA certification (C or B level) and have a strong understanding of construction practices, design principles, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in villa, residential, or commercial construction projects.
UPDA certification (C or B level) is required.
Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with project management software.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and construction methods.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
