Requirements:
- Female Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a similar role in Qatar
- Able to join immediately with Work Permit / Transfer Sponsorship / Secondment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Arabic Speaker with Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Job description:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents. Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure records are accurate.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required by senior accountants.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Prepare documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
