Job Title: Female Administrative Assistant

We are a leading company specializing in coffee distribution, dedicated to delivering the finest products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Female Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Manage invoicing, quotations, and report preparation to support the sales team.
  • Assist in office organization and optimization techniques to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on invoicing, quotations, and client communications.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • Residency in Doha is mandatory; candidates must be available to join upon request.
