Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends.

Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.

Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from start to finish.

Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and inspectors.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
