RITS QATAR is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Telecom Industry. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our team and help drive sales through excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Familiarity with telecommunication systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
