Job Description:
Marzooq S. Al Shamlan Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the waterproofing industry with a strong background in civil engineering. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical expertise to our clients in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales opportunities in the waterproofing industry
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the construction and civil engineering sectors
- Provide technical support and expertise on waterproofing products and solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
- Work closely with project managers and the technical team to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales within the waterproofing industry
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, systems, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Qatar market and experience working in the region is preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus
