Sales Executive (B2B) Fixed Business

Job Summary

Provides clients with new and effective telecommunications solutions related to the Internet, broadband connections, and other Fixed telephony solutions. Capable of continuously developing new business and at the same time maintain relationships with existing ccustomer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively looking for new sales opportunities for fixed-line products through outdoor field visits, phone calls, networking and referrals.

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize sales revenue.

• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and industry trends.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, IT Engineering or a related field is preferred. • Experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role, ideally in telecommunications or a technical/IT sales environment. • Strong knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics). • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions and network infrastructure. • Excellent communication and people skills, with a proven track record of effective client relationship management. • Goal-oriented, with a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client accounts effectively. • Skilled in using productivity software, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and capable of quickly learning new software and digital platforms.
