We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining building systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee MEP systems for various building projects.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Perform load calculations, system designs, and equipment selection.
Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Conduct site inspections and monitor MEP installations to ensure quality and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards, codes, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
3+ years of experience in MEP engineering or a related role.
Proficient in using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.) and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and international standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
[Optional] Certification in [LEED/AP, HVAC design, or other relevant certifications] is a plus.
