Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are within financial parameters.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to project managers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow to support operational needs and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of accounting experience in Qatar, preferably in an interior design, construction, or fit-out environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, ERP systems, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with project costing and financial management for design or construction projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
