HR Officer


Job Description

We’re hiring a proactive HR Officer to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Support the performance review cycle and goal-setting processes.
  • Assist in generating HR reports on metrics such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment.
  • Write, update, and maintain clear and accurate job descriptions.
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with Qatar Labor Law.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in an HR administrative.
  • Solid understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
