As a Sales Representative at BTCO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned regions or industries.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present BTCO products and services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in B2B or a related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
