We are looking for a motivated Arabic-speaking female candidate to join our front-line team as a Telesales Executive, who will also support in reception and customer care. You will be the voice and face of our wellness brand, helping clients choose the right programs while delivering exceptional service.
Your Role Includes:
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Reaching daily and monthly telesales targets.
- Welcoming clients and visitors at the reception.
- Managing bookings, follow-ups, and client queries.
- Providing support to walk-in customers and assisting in upselling services.
- Keeping records organized and updating client data.
