Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g., databases, CRM systems, surveys).
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across datasets.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals.
Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Summarize and present analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support decision-making processes with timely and accurate data insights.
Provide recommendations for process improvement, marketing strategies, and customer segmentation.
Identify gaps in current data processes and contribute to optimization efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
