Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily facility operations, safety compliance, maintenance activities, and administrative support. The role involves working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure efficient and safe facility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Marafiq requests and facility inspections
- Monitor inventory and implement safety measures
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
- Support office moves, workstations setup, and stakeholder communication
- Deliver excellent customer service to all facility users
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
