We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy office. The candidate will be responsible for electrical design, reviewing shop drawings, technical coordination, and site follow-up when required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare electrical design drawings (Lighting, Power, Low Current).
- Review and approve shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
- Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and submissions.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar or within consultancy/contracting firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design standards.
- Mandatory: UPDA Grade A classification (MMUP).
- Mandatory: Valid QCDD Certificate (Civil Defense).
- Experience with QCDD submissions and approvals is an advantage.
- Transferable visa preferred.
