Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a Female Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks, financial reporting, and documentation for our growing team. Candidates with experience in the retail sector will have an added advantage, especially in managing sales reports, stock transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Manage invoice processing, billing, and bank reconciliation
Monitor sales reports, stock adjustments, and POS entries (Retail-focused)
Prepare and submit VAT/WHT documentation (if applicable)
Support month-end closing and yearly audit requirements
Ensure compliance with Qatar accounting standards and company policies
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience
Experience in the retail sector is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Female candidates preferred
