looking for an experienced and reliable Customs Clearance Officer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customs clearance procedures, preparing documentation, and coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare and submit customs declarations and required documentation.
Coordinate with Qatar Customs and other relevant authorities.
Follow up on customs inspections, approvals, and shipment releases.
Ensure all customs documents are accurate and complete.
Monitor shipments and resolve customs-related issues promptly.
Maintain proper records of customs transactions and documentation.
Coordinate with transport, logistics, and warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in customs clearance in Qatar.
Valid Qatar Customs Clearance Card is required.
Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
Good knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
