Timekeeper Application


Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking employee attendance, monitoring work hours, and ensuring accurate timesheet records for payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily attendance and timesheet records
  • Monitor in/out timings, overtime, and leave records
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and HR regarding employee work hours
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly timekeeping reports
  • Support payroll team with verified time data
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal timekeeping policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in construction or facility management)
  • Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and timekeeping software
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Familiarity with biometric attendance systems
