Job Overview
Leaders Training Centre is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader with exceptional communication skills and a proven record of achieving high monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling, training, and managing a telesales team, preferably within an educational consultancy or professional training environment.
This role requires hands-on leadership on the sales floor, target ownership, and the ability to motivate and drive a team toward consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team to achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle team training, onboarding, coaching, and daily performance monitoring
Manage sales floor activities and ensure discipline, productivity, and KPIs
Support lead generation, outbound calling strategies, and closing techniques
Personally handle high-value or escalated sales cases when required
Ensure achievement of monthly targets (QAR 30,000 – 50,000+)
Monitor call quality, follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting
Coordinate with management on sales performance and improvements
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Telesales / Call Center Sales
Prior experience as a Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive
Proven history of achieving large monthly sales targets
Strong team handling, training, and floor management skills
Excellent English communication with a confident, neutral accent
Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
Highly disciplined, energetic, and performance-driven mindset
Preferred Experience
Background in Educational Consultancy / Training Institutes
Exposure to outbound sales, warm & cold leads
