Project Coordinator (Property & Facilities Management)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Availability: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage the operational maintenance and overall property management of residential and commercial properties within Souq premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational maintenance and facility management activities
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and service teams
- Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems and property infrastructure
- Monitor service quality, safety standards, and compliance
- Prepare reports, schedules, and maintenance plans
- Handle tenant/service requests and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role within facility/property management firms in Qatar
- Preferred nationality: Arabic
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software systems
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Sponsorship transfer required
- Valid Qatar driving license with own car (mandatory)
- Immediate joiners highly preferred
