Looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Accountant / Cost Controller to join our team to keep our busy cafe operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions

Perform cash, bank, and supplier reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor cash flow

Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for ingredients, beverages, and packaging

Issue and track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods

Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of all purchases

Monitor and control food and beverage costs

Prepare and update recipe costing and menu pricing

Conduct inventory counts and track stock variances

Analyze wastage, spoilage, and cost deviations

Compare actual vs theoretical costs and recommend improvements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in bakery, café, or F&B industry

Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory management, and cost control

Proficiency in Excel and accounting/POS systems

Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
