Actively hiring for Secretary locally in Doha (Qatar).
JOB TITLE: Administrative Secretary (Temporary – 1 Month)
Employment Period: 1 Month Only (Temporary Assignment)
WORKING HOURS: 8 hours/day
LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar
LANGUAGE: English & Arabic (Required)
Experience: At least 1 years of experience with experience in inventory and administration.
Additional Requirements: Ready to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and office tasks
Prepare and maintain documents and reports
Answer calls and respond to emails professionally
Coordinate with staff and departments
Maintain filing systems and office records
Support management with administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or secretarial work
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-organized and professional attitude
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
