Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide professional support to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Coordinate with the sales and leasing team regarding client requirements.
• Follow up with leads, clients, and property owners regularly.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
• Assist in preparing property listings, agreements, and documentation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support marketing and business development activities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate customer service or client relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Valid QID with transferable visa preferred.
