Job Description

We are currently looking for a Timekeeper / HR Assistant with excellent experience to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper and HR Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of attendance management, timesheets, and payroll support.
  • Experience in HR administration, employee documentation, and record keeping.
  • Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports and ensure accurate employee records.
