The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. The role ensures cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts

Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company procedures

Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on pending orders

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse teams

Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and specifications

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Track market trends and pricing to ensure competitive purchasing

Handle supplier performance evaluation and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing

Knowledge of local market suppliers (Qatar/GCC preferred)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (., SAP, Oracle)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
