Job Summary

Paris Hypermarket is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate – Fresh (Malayali) to join our Fruits & Vegetables Department. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling fresh produce, maintaining attractive product displays, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, arrange, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables on display.
• Ensure products are fresh, clean, and presented according to company merchandising standards.
• Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired items promptly.
• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the department at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the store supervisor.
• Ensure correct pricing and product labeling.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

• Malayali candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in a supermarket, hypermarket, or fresh food department is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic English communication; Malayalam is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Transferable Visa / Transfer ID required.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: QAR 1,000 – 1,200
• Food, Accommodation & Transportation (FAT) provided by the company.
