Are you a driven business development professional with a strong passion for Qatar’s construction, real estate, interiors, and fit-out industry?

Gallery Five Home is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the continued growth of our premium brand, specializing in luxury furniture, bespoke interior solutions, and fit-out services.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within Qatar’s construction, real estate, interior, or fit-out sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar market, including industry trends, key players, and emerging business opportunities.
• Well-established network of developers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals.
• Female Arabic speaker preferred, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
• Present and promote our luxury furniture, bespoke interior solutions, and fit-out services to prospective clients.
• Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.
• Prepare business proposals and quotations, and manage follow-ups through to successful project conversion.
• Identify potential strategic partnerships and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline.
• Support brand growth and market visibility while consistently achieving business development and revenue targets.
