We are looking for a confident, friendly, and presentable female staff member to join our team. Main Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers professionally
Handle customer inquiries and appointments
Promote our salon services, offers, and packages
Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Handle WhatsApp and social media customer inquiries
Manage and update our social media accounts
Create and post engaging content about our services and promotions Support the salon team with daily reception and customer-service activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Confident and outgoing personality Good English communication Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
Experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, reception, sales, or customer service is an advantage Social media knowledge is required Must be well-presented, responsible, and professionalIfprofessional
