We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper to manage material receiving, storage, inventory control, issuance, and stock reconciliation for project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Issue materials to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
- Update material transactions in ERP systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or damaged materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Maintain organized warehouse records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Storekeeping, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper.
- Experience in material receiving, inventory control, and material issuance.
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
- Experience in stock counting and reconciliation.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- GCC/Qatar experience in construction, power, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
