Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Accountant with strong Food & Beverage (F&B) accounting experience and hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP. The candidate will be responsible for accurate revenue recording, daily sales reconciliation, outlet/POS reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales revenue from restaurants/outlets and POS systems.
• Verify cash, card, online delivery, and other payment collections.
• Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile revenue transactions in Odoo Accounting.
• Monitor sales, discounts, refunds, complimentary items, and void transactions.
• Reconcile revenue with bank statements and payment gateway settlements.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare revenue reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with restaurant operations, POS, and finance teams.
• Assist with VAT and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
