Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
Manage user accounts, email systems, permissions, and access control
Monitor system performance, backups, and security logs
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall configurations
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and antivirus protection
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system inventories
Support new employee onboarding (IT setup) and offboarding
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support
Strong knowledge of Windows servers and desktop environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / email systems
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Must be Available immediately.
