Medical Receptionist – Immediate Joining

Eden Health Center is currently looking for an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a clinic or medical center.
• Valid QID is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Dermatology and multiple medical specialties.
• Excellent patient reception and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic procedures.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with clinic management systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, multi-specialty medical center.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and patient flow with doctors and departments.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and patient requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding clinic services and doctors' schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
