POSTION : GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Salary: QAR 10,000–15,000, based on experience.

Arctic Cooling Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Operations and Business Development to lead the company’s day-to-day operations, strengthen business performance, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall HVAC trading, contracting, projects, AMC and service operations.
• Develop new business opportunities and increase sales and profitability.
• Manage sales, procurement, inventory and operational activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve company targets and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, costs, project performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role.
• Experience in HVAC/MEP trading, contracting or technical services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
