We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to support our daily inventory and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels.
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory checks at warehouses and other locations.
- Ensure system inventory records match actual physical stock.
- Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain effective inventory control.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid driving license and own car.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in physical inventory counting and stock verification across multiple locations.
- Ability to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Good understanding of stock control, inventory movement, and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
