Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor with mandatory brownfield project experience. Candidates with Oil & Gas project experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers for timely project completion.

Monitor civil activities, including concrete works, excavation, masonry, and other related works.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, particularly while working in brownfield areas.

Coordinate civil works with existing facilities and other site activities to minimize operational disruptions.

Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and maintain daily site reports.

Identify site issues and report progress, delays, and technical concerns to the concerned engineer.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 4–5 years as a Civil Supervisor.

Mandatory: Previous brownfield project experience.

Oil & Gas project experience is preferred.

Must possess a valid Freelance Visa in Qatar.

Must be available for immediate joining.
