We are looking for a proactive HR Manager with strong leadership, people-management and HR operations skills, preferably with experience in the manufacturing, engineering, construction or fabrication industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the company's overall HR functions and operations.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and workforce strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.

Oversee payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and applicable HR regulations.

Manage performance appraisal, employee development and training programmes.

Maintain HR records, manpower planning and reporting.

Coordinate visa, work permit and employee documentation processes.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

5 Years proven experience in an HR Manager or equivalent senior HR role.

Experience in Qatar / GCC is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage HR operations independently and effectively
