What You'll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Provide safety training and education to employees at all levels of the organization.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety engineering field.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and ANSI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in safety engineering.
