Job Role: Food Safety Inspector
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Carry out inspection of the central kitchen from the receiving of food items to food serving.
Monitor and implement food hygiene requirements.
Assess the effectiveness of food safety management system of the central kitchen and other hospitality restaurant.
Investigate complaints related to food safety.
Routinely train food handlers on personal hygiene conditions, healthy behaviour, and safe food handling, including methods of preparation, storage, and food packaging.
Routinely train cleaners on personal hygiene conditions, healthy behaviour, sound cleaning and disinfection methods (how to use detergents and disinfection materials, dilution ratio, storage methods, etc.)
Knowledgeable on the Pre-Requisite Programmes (PRP).
Knowledgeable in MOPH food safety guidelines and other guidelines.
Identifying any potential food safety hazards and putting control measures in place to prevent from occurring.
Monitor all employees in the workplace and ensuring that they maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
Keeping the food safety program up-to-date and ensuring all staff know how and when to manage records.
Other responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma on Food related courses
Completed Level 1,2, and 3 Food Safety Training
ISO 22000:2018 – Food Safety Management
Knowledgeable in MOPH Food Safety Guidelines and other regulation
SALARY:
Salary will be range of (5,000-6,000 ) QR
