We are looking for PRO cum Office Messenger ( Arab Nationals only) for our cleint base in Al Khor. Candidates should have minimum 3 yrs experiance in government works, online works for MOI,Hukkumi etc. Also he should travle to differetnt locations for document delivery, gate pass submission etc.
Your Main duty will be to assist the Administration manager in all areas of administration and Government related activities.
To Deal with Labor, Immigration, Police, Municipality, Civil Defense, Traffic, CID, Embassies ,Banks & Other Govt officials.
You should maintain a copy of all letters, faxes, and other official communications to be available with you every time and should maintain a proper document control system to keep a track record for the said items.
Communicating with all the relevant people, G.M / Div: Heads & Other Staff’s and co-ordinating all relevant inputs on time.
To play a major role in preparation of Arabic letters, Translation service and other drafting jobs
Qatar Driving license is Mandatory + Own car preferred
