Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administration management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing HR functions for large infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in Qatar.
In-depth knowledge of Qatari labor laws, HR policies, and best practices in the construction industry.
Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are preferred.
