Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact by driving the growth of our telecom services within the B2B2C.. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique telecom needs, offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B2C sales mainly Consumer Business and to track record of success in large corporate and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts, focusing on the B2B and B2B2C sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver customized telecom solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, support, product, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and potential new business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate and close contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the B2B2C with Consumer products, with a focus on corporate and government sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English Language
  • Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
