IT Help Desk Support (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
Install and configure computers, applications, and peripherals
Maintain IT support tickets and office documentation.
Support Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office applications
Coordinate with senior IT staff for issue escalation
Ensure timely resolution of user complaints
Requirements:
2–4 years of IT support experience
Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Fluent in English
Good communication and customer service skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Ability to join immediately or within a short period
