We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman for ongoing civil construction projects in Doha.
Responsibilities
Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors; ensure safe, efficient work
Read and implement civil drawings, schedules, and method statements
Manage materials, plant/equipment, and daily progress reporting
Enforce quality, HSE and environmental standards
Mentor crew and resolve site issues to meet deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in civil construction with 2+ years as foreman/supervisor
Hands-on experience with grading, utilities, excavation, paving, erosion control
Ability to read drawings and coordinate subcontractors
Valid driving licence; heavy-equipment experience/CDL preferred
Good English communication and leadership skills
Certifications (OSHA 10/30, First Aid) advantageous
