Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Experience handling blue-collar/labor workforce and office staff.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP systems, and HR reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English & Hindi is mandatory; 
• Professional, confidential, proactive, and capable of working independently.
