Position: Operations Coordinator

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field – mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant operations experience, preferably in construction equipment rental or heavy machinery.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and machinery is mandatory.
• Practical understanding of equipment rental operations, logistics, and site requirements.
• Ability to coordinate equipment, operators, drivers, transport, customers, and project sites.
• Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to identify operational issues, suggest improvements, and contribute practical solutions.
• We are looking for someone who can bring their own expertise and add value to the company, rather than simply perform routine tasks.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/operations systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• English & Hindi are mandatory for this role.
• Proactive, accountable, organized, and capable of working independently.
