Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support hypermarket operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to inventory, pricing, vendors, and sales records.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update product, pricing, and inventory data
Handle GRN entries and stock update processes
Maintain records and verify data accuracy
Coordinate with store and inventory teams
Prepare reports related to stock and sales
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with procedures
Support daily retail data operations
Requirements & Qualifications
1–2 years experience in retail data entry
Experience with My.com software preferred
Knowledge of GRN and stock update processes
Good MS Excel and computer knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
